We hosted a Simple Supper in which we cooked a spaghetti dinner and invited friends to dine with us and donate a normal dinner’s expense to the Artisans of the Andes.  The Artisans of the Andes is a organization that helps craftsmen in Peru sell their products around the world.  More info can be found at http://www.artesanosdonbosco.com/.
