We served dinner and created a “game carnival” for the 50-60 men at La Posada Men’s Shelter in Carlsbad.  La Posada provides shelter for day workers and homeless men.  We served burgers, fries, potato salad and desserts to the men after playing musical chairs, air hockey, marshmellow toss, washer ring toss, tennis ball bounce and rubber band can games.  We had raffle prizes for the men who participated in the games.  We really enjoyed our friends at the shelter and they had an amazing time also.  For More information, please visit http://www.ccdsd.org/programs/.
